Rose + Earl Grey Aspic w. Cherries

  • Great Lakes Gelatin, one packet
  • Water, about a cup
  • Rose Petals, small handful
  • Earl Grey Tea, 1 teaspoon or 1 bag
  • Brown Sugar, to taste
  • Vanilla, dash
  • Salt, pinch
  • Frozen cherries, a few

Set cherries out to warm to room temperature

Bloom gelatin by generously moistening it with a small portion of the water

Bring the remaining water to a boil and steep Earl Grey + Roses covered, 20 minutes


Add brown sugar, salt, and vanilla to taste


Pour over bloomed gelatin and stir to dissolve

Transfer to desired mold and add cherries whole

Refrigerate until set
