Herb Infused Wine



  • one bottle of dry white Wine
  • a large handful of your favorite Summer Herbs - prefer fresh to dried
  • optional: a few slices of apple, lemon, lime, orange, a handful of raspberries etc

    • Lemon Balm + Rose
    • Rosemary, Sage + Apple
    • Dandelion flowers
    • Elder blossoms + Grapefruit
    • Chamomile flowers + Catnip
    • Basil + Lemon + dried Blueberries
    • Rose, Damiana, dried Hawthorn berries, Orange peel

Pour wine into large wide mouth jar
Add herbs and fruit
Refrigerate 12-24 hours + strain
Serve chilled
